Bathaniya Convent
St. John Convent was built and named after our founder Rev. Fr. John Kizhakkudan on the very soil where his foot prints were left behind. Mar Joseph Irimpan, Bishop of Palakkad blessed the convent on July 29, 1974. Martha sisters found it as an appropriate place for the formation of the girls because of the calm and beautiful environment around this area. Since 1977 it has been a house for formation of aspirants, postulants and novitiate. Today St. John Convent is the Novitiate house for the south province.
